These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SeeUHome Shorts ("the app"), a tool for writing, producing, and publishing personal finance Shorts to YouTube. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Using the app
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the app, and old enough to hold a Google account with YouTube upload permissions.
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity that happens through your connected channel.
- The app's publishing features connect to a single YouTube channel through your Google authorization. Anyone who can access the app can publish to that channel, so keep access to the app limited to people you trust.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or infringes anyone's rights.
- Give financial advice you are not licensed or qualified to give, or present AI-generated scripts as personalized professional advice.
- Impersonate others, misrepresent sponsorship or affiliation, or manipulate YouTube metrics.
- Attempt to access other users' data, stored media, tokens, or the app's server infrastructure.
AI-generated content
Ideas, hooks, scripts, and scene prompts are generated by AI. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or generic, and you are responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you publish it. You own the Shorts you create with the app, subject to the rights of any third-party material you choose to include.
YouTube publishing
- Publishing uses your Google OAuth authorization and the YouTube Data API. Uploads, scheduled releases, and channel changes made through the app act on your behalf.
- YouTube's own systems (including quota limits, review processes, and policy enforcement) ultimately decide what stays live on the platform. The app cannot guarantee an upload will be accepted, remain available, or perform in any particular way.
- You can disconnect the channel at any time on the Channel page, and revoke access from your Google account permissions page.
No financial advice
Content produced with the app is for entertainment and educational purposes only. Nothing in the app — including generated scripts, hooks, or captions — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions, and do not treat app output as a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Availability and changes
The app is provided as-is. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued, and scheduled publishing depends on third-party services (such as YouTube) that may be temporarily unavailable. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app's owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, channel penalties, or reputational harm arising from content you publish or from service interruptions.
